We will be training outside so plenty of water and dress for the weather. The sessions will only be cancelled if its raining. There will be no 6pm session next Monday due to it being a bank holiday. Pauline and I are holding a session in the morning 11 till 12 while Geva Mentor delivers sessions to our older players. There will be a questions and answer session 12 till 1. Everyone is welcome to come and join in whilst Geva deliver the session. Please see myself or Pauline tomorrow if you have any questions.
